I catch myself
looking UP

(it's what I do when I'm thinking)

and wondering....
why why ....
why God
do you send these people
my way?

I take a deep breath
and
look Straight Ahead
I look at them
and
........................................................listen

I take a deep breath
stop worrying about the clock
if only
.........for a couple of minutes
and

ask

and
..........................................................listen


Then, I respond
with XYZ

I stop asking
why me....
why do they want to see me....

Finally,
I look Inside,
I understand
why You
send me them my way.....

Abbreviations

I'm not use to seeing the abbreviation

"Dra."

before my name.

I'm use to the English abbreviation.

When I see

"Dra."

It makes me think ...."Dracula"

That's cool. I don't mind being ...."Dracula vodka"
versus dr.vodka ;)

We can look inward
Energy can be directed inward
